Location: Boulevard Basarabia (area Republica), district 3, Bucharest, Romania


  • Attracting new customers and developing existing ones according to the company’s strategic plan;
  • Recognizing customer needs and selling logistics services;
  • Negotiating with the customers;
  • Preparing commercial offers;
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets;
  • Scheduling B2B meetings with the customers;
  • Establishing and registering all the details of the first sales (terms of cooperation, interaction, document management);
  • Implementation of KPI’s.




  • Experience in B2B sales in an international logistics company: middle (2-5 years);
  • Knowledge of English and Romanian (both fluent) – must have;
  • Knowledge of the logistics market;
  • Basic knowledge about freight forwarding and transportation;
  • Good level of negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Self-motivation and energy;
  • Result-oriented mindset.
