MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
- Attracting new customers and developing existing ones according to the company’s strategic plan;
- Recognizing customer needs and selling logistics services;
- Negotiating with the customers;
- Preparing commercial offers;
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets;
- Scheduling B2B meetings with the customers;
- Establishing and registering all the details of the first sales (terms of cooperation, interaction, document management);
- Implementation of KPI’s.
- Experience in B2B sales in an international logistics company: middle (2-5 years);
- Knowledge of English and Romanian (both fluent) – must have;
- Knowledge of the logistics market;
- Basic knowledge about freight forwarding and transportation;
- Good level of negotiation and presentation skills;
- Self-motivation and energy;
- Result-oriented mindset.
